Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs the circumstances under which refunds or cancellations may be requested for services offered by Coopreta Agritek Finovation Pvt. Ltd. (“Coopreta”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
1. Nature of Services (Important Disclosure)
- Coopreta is a technology-driven agri-fintech infrastructure provider.
- Coopreta does not act as a lender, bank, or NBFC.
- Coopreta does not disburse loans or collect repayments.
Any lending services, if offered in future, shall be provided solely by RBI-regulated NBFCs under separate agreements.
Accordingly, this Refund Policy applies only to technology-related services provided by Coopreta.
2. Services Covered
Refunds and cancellations may apply only to:
- Software subscription fees
- Platform access charges
- Technology service or onboarding fees
- Pilot or testing-related service payments
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
- Fees already utilised for delivered services
- Charges for services that have commenced or been partially delivered
- Any third-party fees, taxes, or statutory charges
- Fees paid to NBFCs or other third parties (if any)
4. Cancellation Requests
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the official email address mentioned below. Requests shall be evaluated based on:
- Stage of service delivery
- Nature of service availed
- Contractual terms (if any)
5. Refund Eligibility
A refund may be considered only if:
- Payment was made in error, or
- Service was not initiated due to reasons attributable solely to Coopreta
Approved refunds, if any, shall be processed within 7–10 working days to the original mode of payment.
6. No Refund for Lending-Related Activities
Any amounts paid to RBI-regulated NBFCs, financial institutions, or third-party lenders (if applicable in future) are not governed by this policy and shall be subject to the respective lender’s refund or cancellation terms.

Grievances shall be handled in accordance with the Company’s Grievance Redressal Policy.
8. Policy Updates
Coopreta reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time. The updated Policy shall be published on the website and shall be effective from the date of publication.
9. Governing Law
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
